William "Bill" Lawrence, Jr.

Bill is well-known for his expertise in facilitating the sales of single-family and multi-family homes, commercial properties, and land acquisitions. 

He has over 40  years of experience working with buyers and sellers in his real estate career.

He is always willing to help out in his community.

 Bill received his real estate license in  April of 1980.  He obtained his broker's license in 1983.

Bill enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and granddaughter Isla Rey when he is not working. 

He also enjoys staying active by participating in a 50 and over softball league, golfing, swimming, fishing, and jogging.
