Kathleen Cullen-Meier and Ann Cullen-Rothweil, twin sisters, have been with Realty Executives Premiere for over 12 years. Kathleen, a Realtor for 13 years, and Ann, a Realtor for 12 years, have combined our expertise and are known as “The Cullen Team”.  Our office, Realty Executives Premiere, is the #1 office in Northwest Jefferson County since 2010. We have been a big part of the award winning sales achievements from 2012-2013 and are on our way to achieving more in 2023!

Realty Executives Premiere has four offices to serve you. With convenient locations 2 in Jefferson, 2 in Franklin, and 1 in St. Louis County making it easy to provide excellent service at a location nearest you.

Our clients are not referred to an assistant. Instead, we personally represent those we work with and our clients will work with one or both of us every step of the way. As a team, we are available to provide this individual attention to ensure a smooth real estate transaction. We know what it takes to be your seller’s agent! From making sure your home is priced correctly based on the current market, to marketing your property on over 80 websites, which include Zillow, Realtor and Trulia to name a few. Your property will get the attention it deserves to get it SOLD!  We will also advise you, the seller, on what needs to be done from fresh paint, carpet cleaning, to curb appeal to get your house ready to put on the market.

As your buyer’s agent, we will help find the right home for you and your family. Whether it is a home in a specific location, a property with acreage to custom build, or even a weekend retreat. The Cullen Team will represent you in finding your home, negotiate the sales contract, and closing the sale to make it yours.
