Shannon is a 4th generation Yuma native involved in the housing industry, and is a licensed Realtor. She received a degree in Economics from Arizona State University as well as a Mathematics degree. Shannon attended the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in Scottsdale, Arizona where she received her education in Real Estate.
In addition to her educational background, she is fluent in both Spanish and English. Having studied abroad in Yucatan, Mexico, she has a very endearing relationship with and understanding of the Mexican culture and language.
Through numerous learning experiences Shannon has acquired advanced skills in marketing and digital media, as well as negotiation and a working knowledge of real estate law. She has proficient and complex math skills, and a very keen eye for details but oral and written.
Shannon has a passion for learning, having accumulated shrewd knowledge of the real estate industry and everything associated with it.
She specializes in investment property as well as residential homes and agricultural areas.
