Ade Babs-Adesanya

My name is Ade Babs-Adesanya, but please call me Ade, all my friends do! Here’s a little bit about me: I completed my first degree in Business Administration, my post graduate diploma in Project Management  and completed my Real Estate Salesperson Training Program from Humber College.

I am REALTOR? but I am also an entrepreneur. I registered my first business in 2012, which was centred around selling building materials. In 2017, I started my transport and logistics service. This was born out of the realization that people who wanted to purchase large items or furniture had to either find a friend with a big vehicle or rent a U-Haul. I provide not only the vehicle for transportation but also my assistance in carrying these heavy items. I started with pickup and delivery services but have upgraded to moving and storage.

I have a passion to serve my clients and am dedicated to putting a smile on their faces. One of my clients once said "Babs doesn't disappoint" . My word is my bond, and my work ethics is top notch. I deliver value-added results to my clientele. I offer a virtual home buying program that reduces foot traffic in properties. This removes the burden of open houses and last minute showings for sellers and allows buyers to view multiple properties from the convenience and safety of their own homes. 

I see myself as a team player, having been an entrepreneur for over a decade. Through my years of experience, I've come to understand the significance of having a dedicated and experienced team. When I decided to join a brokerage, I conducted thorough research and sought advice from mentors in the industry. I am a hard-working family man, a devoted father of two beautiful girls. I am a soccer enthusiast and a proud fan of Arsenal FC. I also enjoy watching basketball, tennis, and other sports.
