I have owned many types of properties over the years from single family homes to condo's, townhouses, investment properties, short term rentals and waterfront. Each type brings its own unique set of challenges and my experience allows me to speak directly to the concerns and nuances of each when buying or selling with my clients. 

I bring a truly personal touch to my work as a Realtor, seeing beyond just the transactions to the stories behind each person and property.  I bring my experience as a home owner, real estate investor and property manager to the table. What is key is that I tailor my approach to each individual clients needs and preferences and fill in the gaps that are needed to present the whole picture. Building trust and rapport is key, but especially in real estate where I'm helping individuals and families make significant decisions about their homes and investments. Providing personalized service, integrity, and a proactive attitude is reflected in the lengths I am willing to go, and the passion I have for making a positive impact in people's lives and the buying and selling process.
